Shipping policy
We currently ship orders within Canada.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Blind box purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to preference, duplicate items, or not receiving a desired style or character.
